6月14日,天氣陰晴交錯。位于海西蒙古族藏族自治州的中國綠發投資集團有限公司與上海閔行區兩個共享儲能電站在調整充放電控制策略后,雙雙首次實現“三充三放”,利用效率大幅提升。

當日(ri),中國綠發儲能電(dian)(dian)站共充(chong)電(dian)(dian)19.04萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)15.96萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),該(gai)站設計(ji)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量為10萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),利用(yong)率達(da)190%;上海閔行(xing)區(qu)儲能電(dian)(dian)站共充(chong)電(dian)(dian)12.73萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)10.54萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),該(gai)站設計(ji)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量為6.4萬(wan)千瓦時(shi),利用(yong)率達(da)200%。
為充(chong)分提(ti)升共享儲(chu)能資源(yuan)利用效率(lv)(lv)(lv),國網青海省電(dian)力公(gong)司開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)了大量開(kai)(kai)創(chuang)性(xing)研(yan)究,不斷創(chuang)新(xin)優化儲(chu)能充(chong)放電(dian)模式,結合海西、海南兩個新(xin)能源(yuan)基地陰晴不定(ding)的(de)天氣特(te)點(dian)和新(xin)能源(yuan)發電(dian)間歇性(xing)、波(bo)動性(xing)強的(de)特(te)性(xing),經過大量研(yan)究論證,得(de)出(chu)了利用率(lv)(lv)(lv)更高(gao)的(de)“按斷面(mian)負載率(lv)(lv)(lv)”充(chong)放電(dian)的(de)控制策略。今年2月,國網青海電(dian)力正式將共享儲(chu)能電(dian)站由此前實(shi)施(shi)的(de)“固(gu)定(ding)晚高(gao)峰”放電(dian)模式調整為“按斷面(mian)負載率(lv)(lv)(lv)”放電(dian)模式。
調(diao)整前,共享儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站在午(wu)間光伏大(da)發時段充(chong)電(dian)(dian),18時用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)高峰開始放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),每(mei)日(ri)最多(duo)實現一次(ci)滿充(chong)滿放(fang)(fang)。調(diao)整后,綜(zong)合考慮海西州、寧月塔青新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)送出通道負載(zai)情況,通道滿載(zai)時,儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站開始充(chong)電(dian)(dian),負載(zai)率(lv)(lv)小于(yu)等于(yu)80%時,儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站進行放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)由(you)此前的(de)每(mei)日(ri)“一充(chong)一放(fang)(fang)”轉變為“多(duo)充(chong)多(duo)放(fang)(fang)”“淺充(chong)淺放(fang)(fang)”,大(da)幅(fu)提(ti)升儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站利用(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)。據統計,今年(nian)2至5月,青海電(dian)(dian)網(wang)實施“按斷面負載(zai)率(lv)(lv)”放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)期間,共享儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站滿充(chong)滿放(fang)(fang)率(lv)(lv)由(you)2020年(nian)的(de)71.00%提(ti)升至90.08%,提(ti)升幅(fu)度近(jin)20%,效果(guo)十分顯著。
青(qing)(qing)海(hai)是(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)大(da)省。截(jie)至5月(yue)底(di)(di),全(quan)省清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)裝機規模(mo)達(da)到3657萬千(qian)瓦,清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和(he)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)裝機占比(bi)分別(bie)達(da)到90%和(he)61%,均位(wei)居全(quan)國(guo)各省份第一。發展(zhan)(zhan)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)產業是(shi)(shi)支撐青(qing)(qing)海(hai)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)大(da)規模(mo)開發的重(zhong)要手(shou)段,也是(shi)(shi)實現碳達(da)峰、碳中和(he)目標不可(ke)或缺的要素(su)。國(guo)網青(qing)(qing)海(hai)電(dian)力在推進(jin)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)產業發展(zhan)(zhan)方(fang)面開展(zhan)(zhan)了深(shen)入(ru)探索(suo),在國(guo)內率先提(ti)出(chu)“共(gong)享儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)”概念,并將儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)站作為獨立主體納入(ru)市(shi)(shi)場(chang),構建了雙邊(bian)競價和(he)雙邊(bian)協商兩種市(shi)(shi)場(chang)化(hua)交易模(mo)式(shi);率先開展(zhan)(zhan)了大(da)規模(mo)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)研究,填補(bu)了國(guo)內相關(guan)領域空白;優化(hua)充放電(dian)模(mo)式(shi),進(jin)一步提(ti)升儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用率,為推動儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)產業健康有序發展(zhan)(zhan)開辟新路徑。截(jie)至今年5月(yue)底(di)(di),青(qing)(qing)海(hai)電(dian)網共(gong)享儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)化(hua)交易累計成交2394筆,增發新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)量6395萬千(qian)瓦時。
