根據全國溫室氣體自愿減(jian)排(pai)注冊登記(ji)(ji)系統及(ji)信息平(ping)臺(下(xia)稱全國CCER登記(ji)(ji)信息平(ping)臺)信息顯示,截至3月(yue)6日,全國已有6個海上風(feng)電項(xiang)目(mu)和(he)(he)2個光(guang)熱(re)項(xiang)目(mu)通過(guo)CCER簽發登記(ji)(ji),總減(jian)排(pai)量(liang)預計達近千萬(wan)(wan)噸級(ji)。其中(zhong),CSPPLAZA平(ping)臺會員單位(wei)——敦(dun)煌(huang)首航節能新能源(yuan)有限(xian)公司(si)敦(dun)煌(huang)10兆瓦熔鹽(yan)塔(ta)式(shi)(shi)光(guang)熱(re)發電項(xiang)目(mu)和(he)(he)敦(dun)煌(huang)10萬(wan)(wan)千瓦熔鹽(yan)塔(ta)式(shi)(shi)光(guang)熱(re)發電項(xiang)目(mu)同步完成CCER(中(zhong)國核(he)證自愿減(jian)排(pai)量(liang))簽發登記(ji)(ji),核(he)證減(jian)排(pai)總量(liang)超50萬(wan)(wan)噸。預測CCER首單交易或將于近日啟動(dong)。
首航敦煌10+100MW熔鹽塔式光熱電(dian)站
敦煌首航節能新能源有限公司10兆瓦熔鹽塔式光熱發電項目(以(yi)下(xia)稱(cheng)“本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)”)利用(yong)(yong)可再(zai)生能(neng)源太(tai)陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)上(shang)網(wang),從而替代(dai)以(yi)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)提(ti)供的(de)(de)(de)等量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang),由此避免了溫(wen)室氣體排放。本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)位于甘肅(su)省敦煌市七里鎮以(yi)西(xi)的(de)(de)(de)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產業園區內(nei)(nei),總裝機容量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)10MW,本期建設(she)容量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1×10MW,太(tai)陽能(neng)集熱(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)設(she)計(ji)主(zhu)要由定(ding)日(ri)鏡光場、熔鹽吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器(qi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、儲熱(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、蒸汽(qi)發(fa)生系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、伴熱(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)組(zu)成。本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)采用(yong)(yong)環形360度受光的(de)(de)(de)圓柱(zhu)式吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器(qi),是(shi)由多個吸(xi)熱(re)(re)模塊組(zu)成的(de)(de)(de),熔鹽從北(bei)側分兩(liang)路進入(ru)吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器(qi),中間交叉后進入(ru)南(nan)側出吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器(qi)。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)邊界包括項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)活動的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)理邊界和地理邊界,以(yi)及與西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)相(xiang)連的(de)(de)(de)所有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠。本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)實(shi)施前情(qing)景和基準(zhun)線情(qing)景是(shi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de),即電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力全部由西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)范圍內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)其它并網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠運行(xing)(xing)產生或者由新增電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源提(ti)供。本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)設(she)計(ji)年(nian)平均上(shang)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)41934.375,年(nian)運行(xing)(xing)小時(shi)數4,725小時(shi)。在10年(nian)計(ji)入(ru)期內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)年(nian)均減排量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)26441 tCO2e,總減排量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)264410 tCO2e。
敦煌首航節能新能源有限公司敦煌10萬千瓦熔鹽塔式光熱發電項目(以(yi)下稱“本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目”)利用可再生(sheng)能源太陽(yang)能發(fa)電上(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang),從而替代以(yi)火電為(wei)主的(de)西(xi)(xi)北(bei)電網(wang)(wang)(wang)提供的(de)等量(liang)(liang)電量(liang)(liang),由此避免(mian)了溫室氣體排(pai)放。本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目位于甘肅(su)省(sheng)敦煌市七里鎮以(yi)西(xi)(xi)的(de)光電產(chan)業園區,總(zong)裝機容量(liang)(liang)為(wei)100MW,本(ben)期建設1×100MW熔鹽(yan)塔(ta)式太陽(yang)能熱(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電電站(zhan),太陽(yang)能集熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)設計(ji)主要由定日鏡光場、熔鹽(yan)吸熱(re)(re)(re)器系(xi)統(tong)、儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)、蒸汽發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)統(tong)、伴熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)組(zu)成(cheng)。本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目采(cai)用環形360度受光的(de)圓柱式吸熱(re)(re)(re)器,由14個管屏(ping)(ping)組(zu)成(cheng),熔鹽(yan)從北(bei)側分兩路進入吸熱(re)(re)(re)器,每路將經過3個管屏(ping)(ping)中間交叉(cha)后進入南側出吸熱(re)(re)(re)器。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目邊(bian)界(jie)包括(kuo)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目活動的(de)物理(li)邊(bian)界(jie)和地(di)理(li)邊(bian)界(jie),以(yi)及與西(xi)(xi)北(bei)電網(wang)(wang)(wang)相(xiang)連(lian)的(de)所有(you)電廠。本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目實施前情(qing)景和基(ji)準(zhun)線情(qing)景是相(xiang)同的(de),即電力全部由西(xi)(xi)北(bei)電網(wang)(wang)(wang)范圍內的(de)其它并網(wang)(wang)(wang)電廠運行產(chan)生(sheng)或(huo)者由新(xin)增(zeng)電源提供。本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目設計(ji)年平均(jun)上(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電量(liang)(liang)為(wei)355,600.8MWh,年運行小(xiao)(xiao)時數(shu)3912小(xiao)(xiao)時。在10年計(ji)入期內的(de)年均(jun)減排(pai)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)224224 tCO2e,總(zong)減排(pai)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)2242240 tCO2e。
