據中國能(neng)源報消息,鄭聲安透露,國家(jia)層(ceng)面將不專門(men)做(zuo)水電、風電、光電的(de)十四五專項(xiang)規劃。十四五期(qi)間(jian),能(neng)源行業分領域(yu)專項(xiang)規劃共分六(liu)個,分別為煤炭(tan)、油(you)氣、電力、可再生能(neng)源、技術創新、體制改革。這打破了(le)往年單獨(du)做(zuo)風電、太陽能(neng)等(deng)可再生能(neng)源專項(xiang)規劃的(de)慣(guan)例。
多(duo)能(neng)互補(bu)(bu)是提高(gao)可(ke)(ke)再生能(neng)源(yuan)消納(na)能(neng)力的重(zhong)要(yao)手段。多(duo)能(neng)互補(bu)(bu)項目以(yi)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、光伏(fu)、光熱(re)(re)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)主要(yao)開發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),以(yi)調峰水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、光熱(re)(re)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)統、蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)為(wei)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),多(duo)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力組(zu)合,有(you)效解決風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)光伏(fu)不穩定、不可(ke)(ke)調的缺陷(xian),解決用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰期和(he)低谷(gu)期電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力輸出的不平衡問題(ti),減少(shao)棄(qi)風棄(qi)光棄(qi)水問題(ti),促進可(ke)(ke)再生能(neng)源(yuan)消納(na)。
多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補的(de)最典型案例是國家首(shou)批多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補示范工(gong)(gong)程之一的(de)魯能(neng)(neng)海西700MW風(feng)光(guang)熱儲(chu)多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補集成優化(hua)示范工(gong)(gong)程,該項目(mu)(mu)目(mu)(mu)前已全面建成并網,工(gong)(gong)程包含400MW風(feng)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu),200MW光(guang)伏項目(mu)(mu),50MW光(guang)熱項目(mu)(mu)和50MW儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)項目(mu)(mu),以光(guang)伏、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)為主要(yao)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)源,光(guang)熱、儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)站聯合(he)調(diao)節,白天積蓄電(dian)(dian)力、熱量(liang),在光(guang)伏、風(feng)力發電(dian)(dian)低谷(gu)期,以熱能(neng)(neng)、電(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)(dian)作為重要(yao)補充,應(ying)用泛在電(dian)(dian)力物聯網建設理(li)念(nian),構建多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補集成優化(hua)智能(neng)(neng)調(diao)控系統,建成高效(xiao)快(kuai)捷(jie)、互(hu)聯互(hu)動、信(xin)息共享的(de)綜合(he)能(neng)(neng)源服務供(gong)需平臺,使多(duo)種(zhong)能(neng)(neng)源深(shen)度融(rong)合(he),達到了“1+1>2”的(de)效(xiao)果。
