《青(qing)海(hai)省(sheng)清潔能源(yuan)發(fa)展報告2022》(以下(xia)簡稱《報告2022》)是宣(xuan)傳青(qing)海(hai)清潔能源(yuan)發(fa)展經驗的(de)(de)品牌和(he)展示青(qing)海(hai)清潔能源(yuan)發(fa)展成(cheng)就的(de)(de)窗口,由青(qing)海(hai)省(sheng)能源(yuan)局(ju)和(he)水電水利規(gui)劃設計總院聯合編(bian)寫。

青海省清潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機規模突破(po)4000萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)突破(po)91%。截至(zhi)2022年底(di),青海省各類電(dian)源總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)4468萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),同比(bi)增長(chang)8.6%。煤電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)392萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)全部電(dian)力(li)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)的8.8%;清潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源發電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)達4076萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)達91.2%。其中,水電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)1261萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)28.2%;風電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)972萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)21.8%;太陽能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)1842萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)41.2%,生物質發電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)0.8萬(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)比(bi)0.02%。

清潔能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)呈現“一降(jiang)三升”特征。2022年,青海省各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)全口徑(jing)總發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)993億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)。清潔能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)839億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi),占全部發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)84.5%。其(qi)中水電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)427億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi),占各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)43.0%,同(tong)比降(jiang)低(di)15.4%,仍是第一大(da)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)主(zhu)體;風電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)156億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi),占各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)15.7%,同(tong)比增加20%;太(tai)陽能發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)256億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi),占各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)25.8%;同(tong)比增加21.5%,生物質發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)0.30億(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi),占各(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)0.03%,同(tong)比增加30.4%。

青海(hai)省圍繞產業延鏈(lian)(lian)強鏈(lian)(lian)補鏈(lian)(lian),創(chuang)新能(neng)(neng)力顯著提升。多能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補綠色儲能(neng)(neng)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)重點(dian)實(shi)驗室(shi)納入《青海(hai)省十(shi)大國(guo)(guo)家(jia)級(ji)科技(ji)(ji)創(chuang)新平臺(tai)培育建設工作方案(an)》,青海(hai)省氫能(neng)(neng)創(chuang)新工程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術研究中心獲批成(cheng)立。21臺(tai)50兆乏(fa)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)分布(bu)式調(diao)相(xiang)機群在青海(hai)全面建成(cheng)投運,成(cheng)為世界首(shou)個、規模最大的新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)分布(bu)式調(diao)相(xiang)機群,青豫直流最大運行(xing)功(gong)率達(da)到600萬(wan)千瓦。建成(cheng)國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)個100%清潔能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)可(ke)溯(su)源(yuan)(yuan)綠色大數(shu)據中心,實(shi)現(xian)100%可(ke)溯(su)源(yuan)(yuan)綠電供應(ying)(ying),重點(dian)指標和核心技(ji)(ji)術應(ying)(ying)用均處于國(guo)(guo)內領(ling)先水平。
2022年,青海省太陽能發電裝機和占比再創新高。截至2022年底,青海省太陽能發電累計裝機容量達1842萬千瓦,占比41.2%,是省內第一大電源。其中,光伏發電累計裝機容量1821萬千瓦,光熱發電累計裝機容量21萬千瓦。太陽(yang)能發電(dian)累計總裝機容量居(ju)全國第(di)7位(wei),集中式光伏(fu)裝機容量居(ju)全國第(di)2位(wei)。

太陽(yang)能年(nian)(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量及占(zhan)比重穩步增(zeng)長(chang)。2022年(nian)(nian)青(qing)海(hai)省(sheng)太陽(yang)能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量達到256億千(qian)瓦時(shi),占(zhan)比25.8%。其中光伏發(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量252億千(qian)瓦時(shi),占(zhan)比25.4%;光熱發(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量3.6億千(qian)瓦時(shi),占(zhan)比0.4%。
