9月20日,華(hua)潤(run)電(dian)力首個光熱項目(mu)——重能(neng)(neng)新疆天山北麓新能(neng)(neng)源基地項目(mu)10萬(wan)千(qian)瓦光熱發電(dian)工程迎(ying)來關鍵節點——吸熱塔第一罐混凝土順利完成澆筑(zhu)。此舉標志著(zhu)新能(neng)(neng)源項目(mu)建設取得(de)重大進(jin)展,為項目(mu)全(quan)面快速(su)推(tui)進(jin)奠(dian)定堅實基礎。
吸熱塔(ta)作(zuo)為光熱發電(dian)系統的關(guan)鍵構筑(zhu)物(wu),承(cheng)擔著聚集太陽能、加熱熔鹽的重(zhong)要任務。此次澆(jiao)筑(zhu)的吸熱塔(ta)基礎(chu)混凝土量2400余立方米,澆(jiao)筑(zhu)時間將持續30小(xiao)時以上,其施(shi)工(gong)質量直接關(guan)系到整個項(xiang)目(mu)的安全穩定運行。為確保(bao)此次澆(jiao)筑(zhu)工(gong)作(zuo)順利進(jin)行,項(xiang)目(mu)團隊精心策劃、周密部署,多次優化和論證施(shi)工(gong)方案(an),同(tong)時在混凝土配(pei)合比設(she)計(ji)、施(shi)工(gong)設(she)備(bei)調試(shi)以及人員組織協(xie)調等(deng)方面做(zuo)好(hao)充(chong)分準備(bei)。

項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)概況:重(zhong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)新疆天山(shan)北麓(lu)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源基地項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)是(shi)國家“疆電(dian)入渝”戰略(lve)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要支撐項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),其總(zong)裝機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)達(da)410萬千(qian)瓦(wa),是(shi)集風電(dian)、光(guang)(guang)伏、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)及儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)于一體的(de)(de)大型綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)設計(ji)(ji)年均上網(wang)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)97.86億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,建(jian)成后將有效(xiao)整合(he)重(zhong)慶(qing)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)需求與(yu)新疆的(de)(de)資源優(you)(you)勢(shi),推(tui)動能(neng)(neng)(neng)源資源的(de)(de)跨(kua)區(qu)(qu)域(yu)優(you)(you)化(hua)配置,促進(jin)區(qu)(qu)域(yu)協(xie)調發(fa)展(zhan)。與(yu)相(xiang)同發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)常規燃(ran)煤火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組相(xiang)比,該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)每(mei)年可(ke)節(jie)約(yue)標準煤325萬噸(dun)、減(jian)少(shao)二氧化(hua)碳排放量(liang)(liang)893萬噸(dun)。其中,10萬千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)工程采用(yong)(yong)先進(jin)的(de)(de)塔式熔(rong)鹽技(ji)術(shu)路線,配置10小時熔(rong)鹽儲熱(re)系統,建(jian)成后預(yu)計(ji)(ji)年發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)可(ke)達(da)2.2億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,能(neng)(neng)(neng)有效(xiao)平抑風電(dian)、光(guang)(guang)伏的(de)(de)間歇性(xing)波動,對(dui)推(tui)動當(dang)地能(neng)(neng)(neng)源結(jie)構優(you)(you)化(hua)升級、促進(jin)經(jing)濟可(ke)持續發(fa)展(zhan)具有重(zhong)要意(yi)義。
