近日,在西(xi)藏(zang)(zang)自治區安(an)多(duo)(duo)縣(xian)(xian)海拔4650米的高原上(shang),世界(jie)首個(ge)(ge)超高海拔光熱(re)項目——西(xi)藏(zang)(zang)開投安(an)多(duo)(duo)縣(xian)(xian)土碩(shuo)100兆(zhao)瓦(wa)光熱(re)+800兆(zhao)瓦(wa)光伏一體化項目光熱(re)部分(fen)吸熱(re)塔基(ji)礎開挖順利(li)完(wan)成,標志著(zhu)西(xi)藏(zang)(zang)首個(ge)(ge)光熱(re)發(fa)電項目正(zheng)式進入主體施(shi)工階(jie)段,將(jiang)為(wei)高原清潔能源開發(fa)注(zhu)入新動力。
該項(xiang)目(mu)由CSPPLAZA平臺會員單位——中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)(jian)集團西(xi)北勘測設計(ji)研究院有限(xian)公司(簡稱:中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)(jian)西(xi)北院)牽頭EPC聯(lian)合總承包,裝機(ji)容(rong)量100兆瓦,位于那曲市安(an)多(duo)縣(xian)帕那鎮東(dong)部約17.5千米處(chu),是(shi)全球首個在超(chao)高海拔(4650米)、超(chao)低溫度、極弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)網環(huan)境下建(jian)(jian)設的(de)光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站。建(jian)(jian)成后年(nian)均發電(dian)(dian)量為(wei)25508.0萬千瓦時(shi)(shi),年(nian)利用小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)數(shu)約為(wei)2551小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi),可(ke)為(wei)安(an)多(duo)縣(xian)及(ji)周邊地(di)區提供穩定清潔電(dian)(dian)力,減(jian)(jian)少化(hua)石(shi)能源消耗,助力碳(tan)減(jian)(jian)排(pai)目(mu)標實現(xian)。
吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)塔(ta)作(zuo)為光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)發電的(de)核(he)心設(she)施,其基(ji)礎(chu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)完成是項目(mu)推進的(de)關鍵節點,為后續吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)塔(ta)主(zhu)體(ti)澆筑及(ji)(ji)定(ding)(ding)日鏡(jing)安裝(zhuang)奠(dian)定(ding)(ding)基(ji)礎(chu)。項目(mu)地(di)處高(gao)寒缺氧、氣候多變的(de)“生命禁區”,中(zhong)國電建(jian)西(xi)北院EPC聯合體(ti)總包(bao)部人員克服了種種極(ji)端環(huan)境挑戰,優(you)化施工(gong)方案(an),采用(yong)高(gao)海拔適應性(xing)技術(shu),確(que)保了基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖的(de)精準性(xing)和安全性(xing)。項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong),項目(mu)部積(ji)極(ji)參與組(zu)織當地(di)施工(gong)及(ji)(ji)技術(shu)培訓(xun),讓藏(zang)族同胞獲益。目(mu)前,項目(mu)已完成吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)塔(ta)基(ji)礎(chu)開(kai)挖及(ji)(ji)前期(qi)土石方工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),后續將持續推進混凝土澆筑和吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)塔(ta)主(zhu)體(ti)結構建(jian)設(she)。
