11月23日-24日,東方(fang)鍋(guo)爐亮(liang)相(xiang)在江蘇常州(zhou)舉辦的2023首屆中(zhong)國長時儲能大會,展(zhan)示(shi)其(qi)先進的儲熱、儲氫(qing)、壓縮空氣儲能系列新型儲能產(chan)品以及綜合能源解(jie)決方(fang)案,并發表主題宣講。

會上,東方(fang)鍋爐進行了《儲(chu)熱(re)儲(chu)氫助力新型能源體系(xi)建設(she)》的宣講,系(xi)統性(xing)介紹了在長時儲(chu)能方(fang)面(mian)的技術儲(chu)備以(yi)及綜(zong)合能源解決方(fang)案,展望了新型能源體系(xi)建設(she)的未(wei)來,得到參會代(dai)表廣泛關注(zhu)。
近(jin)年(nian)來,伴隨著新型電力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)建設(she)提(ti)速,新型儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)產(chan)業化發展開始步(bu)入快車道。相較(jiao)于短時(shi)(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng),長時(shi)(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可更好地(di)實(shi)現電力平(ping)移(yi),將(jiang)可再生(sheng)能(neng)源發電系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的電力轉移(yi)到電力需求高峰(feng)時(shi)(shi)段(duan),起(qi)到平(ping)衡電力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、規模化儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存電力的作用。長時(shi)(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)的地(di)位(wei)日益(yi)凸顯,已成為儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)行業的新風口。

截(jie)至目前(qian),東(dong)(dong)方鍋爐參與了國內多個儲(chu)熱工(gong)程項(xiang)目,涉及光熱發(fa)(fa)電(dian)、燃煤發(fa)(fa)電(dian)、綠(lv)色工(gong)業園(yuan)區等。在(zai)光熱領域(yu),正在(zai)執行項(xiang)目總裝機超過(guo)800MW;在(zai)熱力發(fa)(fa)電(dian)領域(yu),為(wei)石獅電(dian)廠提供水(shui)儲(chu)熱方案,用于電(dian)廠乏汽回(hui)收和(he)調峰;在(zai)綠(lv)色工(gong)業園(yuan)區領域(yu),東(dong)(dong)方鍋爐為(wei)浙江桐鄉聚能(neng)啟泰儲(chu)能(neng)科技(ji)有限公司基于混合儲(chu)能(neng)的多能(neng)耦合智慧低碳供能(neng)示范項(xiang)目提供蒸汽發(fa)(fa)生系統和(he)熔鹽(yan)儲(chu)罐。除此之外,東(dong)(dong)方鍋爐還中標華(hua)北電(dian)力大(da)學熔鹽(yan)-蒸汽發(fa)(fa)生系統試驗平臺(tai)EPC項(xiang)目。
02 氫儲能

氫儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)是(shi)(shi)化學儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)中的一種(zhong)。氫能(neng)(neng)是(shi)(shi)一種(zhong)綠(lv)色零(ling)碳燃料,是(shi)(shi)新型能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)體系中不(bu)可(ke)或缺的二次(ci)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)。氫能(neng)(neng)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)是(shi)(shi)一種(zhong)有前(qian)景的儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)形式,可(ke)以實現跨區(qu)域、跨季(ji)節的儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技術。未來氫能(neng)(neng)的主要來源(yuan)將是(shi)(shi)可(ke)再生能(neng)(neng)源(yuan),通過高壓氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)、固態(tai)(tai)儲(chu)氫以及有機液態(tai)(tai)等形式進行存儲(chu),儲(chu)存的氫氣(qi)可(ke)用于滿足熱(re)、電、冷、化工等多種(zhong)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)需(xu)求(qiu)。東方鍋爐(lu)從2010年(nian)開始(shi)氫能(neng)(neng)技術研發(fa),經過10余年(nian)發(fa)展,已(yi)經形成氫能(neng)(neng)全產業鏈布(bu)局。

壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)是機械儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)的(de)一種(zhong),依(yi)靠空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)和膨脹(zhang)實(shi)現能(neng)量(liang)的(de)存(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)和釋放(fang)。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)廣泛應用于電網側調頻、調峰,具有高效、大規模的(de)特點(dian)。近(jin)年來規模化效應下,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)效率提(ti)升、成(cheng)本降低,裝機規模逐步由(you)100MW發展到300MW等級(ji),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)技術正由(you)示范應用階段轉向商業化初期(qi)發展階段。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)的(de)核(he)心過程(cheng)包括空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)膨脹(zhang)、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)熱的(de)存(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)和釋放(fang)等環節(jie)。東方(fang)鍋爐基(ji)于多年的(de)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)換熱設備(bei)及(ji)(ji)系(xi)統的(de)技術沉淀,可提(ti)供壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)系(xi)統中儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)換熱設備(bei)供貨及(ji)(ji)系(xi)統整體解決方(fang)案。
在換(huan)熱方面,東方鍋(guo)爐開發有發夾式(shi)、蛇(she)形管(guan)式(shi)等壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)/熔鹽、壓縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)/水等換(huan)熱器,具有低壓損、高(gao)換(huan)熱效率等特(te)點(dian)。在儲(chu)熱方面,東方鍋(guo)爐可提(ti)供大(da)、中、小型的立式(shi)、臥式(shi)、平底直筒拱頂(ding)等型式(shi)的儲(chu)罐(guan),可用(yong)于水、導熱油或熔鹽儲(chu)熱,可滿(man)足100-600℃的熱存(cun)儲(chu)需求(qiu)。
