7月8日,中國綠發阜康魯能100萬千瓦綠色能源大基地項目開工。該項目投資約58億元,是阜康市1億千瓦光伏產業規劃中大基地項目首批開工建設的項目之一,通過“配套儲能推進路徑”模式,建設10萬千瓦光熱配置90萬千瓦光伏。
其中,90萬千瓦光伏發電,計(ji)劃(hua)于2023年(nian)3月(yue)底前投(tou)(tou)運;配(pei)套(tao)的10萬千瓦光熱發電儲熱時(shi)長可(ke)(ke)達8小(xiao)時(shi),計(ji)劃(hua)于2024年(nian)9月(yue)20日前投(tou)(tou)運,每(mei)年(nian)可(ke)(ke)支持(chi)電網調峰135次(ci)。

“光伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)具有(you)不(bu)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、間歇性(xing)(xing)特點。白天光資源(yuan)好時發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)充足,但電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)可能(neng)(neng)(neng)消納不(bu)了(le)這么(me)多電(dian)(dian)(dian),到(dao)晚上(shang)(shang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰(feng)(feng)時,卻因為(wei)(wei)沒有(you)光無(wu)法發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。因此(ci),僅靠光伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)時,不(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)根(gen)據用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)需(xu)求來(lai)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)應(ying)(ying),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)運(yun)行穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)和安(an)全性(xing)(xing)帶來(lai)挑戰。而配套建設光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng),目的(de)就是(shi)將白天富余的(de)光轉(zhuan)化為(wei)(wei)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)儲存起來(lai),到(dao)晚上(shang)(shang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰(feng)(feng)時,將熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)化為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)輸入到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),使(shi)光伏(fu)與光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)捆綁在一起的(de)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)基地,能(neng)(neng)(neng)根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)需(xu)求來(lai)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),形成持續穩定(ding)供(gong)應(ying)(ying)。”中國(guo)綠(lv)發(fa)(fa)阜康魯能(neng)(neng)(neng)100萬(wan)千瓦綠(lv)色能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)大(da)基地項(xiang)目相關負(fu)責人解(jie)釋。
光熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)工作原理是(shi)通過(guo)大規模陣列反(fan)射鏡面,將太陽光匯(hui)聚到吸熱(re)塔上(shang),通過(guo)吸熱(re)器(qi)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)熱(re)能儲(chu)存在儲(chu)能系統,到晚上(shang)用電(dian)(dian)高峰(feng)時(shi),儲(chu)存的熱(re)能通過(guo)換熱(re)裝置將水加熱(re)成高溫、超(chao)高壓蒸(zheng)汽(qi),推動汽(qi)輪(lun)發電(dian)(dian)機組運行,將熱(re)能轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)能。
該(gai)項目(mu)建(jian)成后(hou),根據年(nian)度預計提供(gong)的清潔(jie)能源測算(suan),可節約標煤51萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),減少二氧化(hua)碳排放131萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),減少二氧化(hua)硫排放467噸(dun)(dun)。
中(zhong)國(guo)綠(lv)(lv)發阜康(kang)魯能100萬(wan)千(qian)瓦綠(lv)(lv)色(se)能源(yuan)大基地項目,是中(zhong)國(guo)綠(lv)(lv)發投資集團有(you)限公司加快實現“十(shi)四五”建設運營裝(zhuang)機3000萬(wan)千(qian)瓦戰(zhan)略發展目標計(ji)劃之一。該(gai)項目建成后(hou),通過光伏與(yu)治沙、光熱與(yu)治沙的有(you)效結合,還將持續改(gai)善荒漠戈壁生(sheng)態(tai)環境,預測荒漠治理面積可達3.7萬(wan)畝。
