科技部指南征求意見:研究低熔點、寬溫域、高溫大容量熔鹽儲熱關鍵技術

近日(ri),科技(ji)部(bu)對“十四五”國家重(zhong)點(dian)研發計劃“儲能與智能電網技(ji)術”重(zhong)點(dian)專項(xiang)2022年度項(xiang)目申報指(zhi)南征(zheng)求(qiu)意見。


2022年度指(zhi)南(nan)(nan)擬圍繞中長(chang)時間尺(chi)度儲能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、短時高頻儲能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、超(chao)長(chang)時間尺(chi)度儲能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、高比例(li)可再(zai)生能(neng)源主動支撐技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、特(te)大型交直流混聯(lian)電(dian)網安全高效(xiao)運(yun)行技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、多元用(yong)戶(hu)供需互(hu)動用(yong)電(dian)與(yu)能(neng)效(xiao)提升技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、基礎支撐技(ji)術(shu)(shu)7個技(ji)術(shu)(shu)方向,啟動26個指(zhi)南(nan)(nan)任務。


其(qi)中涉及儲(chu)能細(xi)分任務九(jiu)項,低(di)成本長壽命錳基儲(chu)能鋰(li)(li)離(li)子電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、有(you)機(ji)儲(chu)能電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、水系金屬離(li)子儲(chu)能電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、百兆(zhao)瓦時(shi)級鈉離(li)子電(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)、高(gao)功率鋰(li)(li)離(li)子電(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)、高(gao)功率雙離(li)子儲(chu)能電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、100MW級先進壓縮空氣儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)、新一代液流電(dian)池(chi)(chi)儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)、寬液體溫域高(gao)溫熔鹽(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)技術(shu)(shu)。其(qi)中關(guan)于熔鹽(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)技術(shu)(shu)的描述如下:


寬液體溫域高溫熔鹽儲熱技術(共性關鍵技術)


研究(jiu)內容(rong):針對電/熱(re)(re)泵儲熱(re)(re)發電調峰電站(zhan)、火電廠深(shen)度調峰、新一(yi)代太陽能熱(re)(re)發電、多(duo)能互補綜(zong)合(he)能源系統(tong)等對大容(rong)量超(chao)長時間(jian)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)儲熱(re)(re)的要(yao)求,研究(jiu)低熔(rong)(rong)點、寬溫(wen)(wen)域(yu)、高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)大容(rong)量熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲熱(re)(re)關鍵技術,具體包括:低熔(rong)(rong)點、高(gao)(gao)分解溫(wen)(wen)度、低成本、低腐蝕性的混(hun)合(he)熔(rong)(rong)鹽材料;大容(rong)量高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲罐及其(qi)地基(ji)的設計(ji)制造與技術;高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲熱(re)(re)系統(tong)集成與控(kong)制技術;10MWh高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲熱(re)(re)系統(tong)工程驗證。


考核(he)指標:研發(fa)出(chu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點≤150℃、分解(jie)溫(wen)度(du)≥650℃,儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)密(mi)度(du)≥1GJ/m3的(de)(de)低(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點寬液(ye)體溫(wen)域高(gao)溫(wen)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽配方(fang),在600℃和空氣氣氛情況(kuang)下(xia)對(dui)不銹(xiu)鋼腐蝕速率≤0.05mm/年;研制出(chu)高(gao)電(dian)壓電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)樣機,電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)工(gong)作電(dian)壓≥6KV,可將熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽由200℃加(jia)熱(re)(re)至620℃以上;研制出(chu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽-水/蒸汽換熱(re)(re)器(qi),換熱(re)(re)器(qi)水/蒸汽側工(gong)作壓力(li)≥10MPa,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽側進出(chu)口溫(wen)差(cha)大于420℃;提(ti)出(chu)大容(rong)(rong)量高(gao)溫(wen)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)罐及(ji)其他地基(ji)的(de)(de)設計方(fang)法和制作工(gong)藝;進行高(gao)溫(wen)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統的(de)(de)工(gong)程驗證(zheng),驗證(zheng)系(xi)統儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)容(rong)(rong)量≥10MWh,熱(re)(re)鹽罐溫(wen)度(du)≥620℃,儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)效率≥92%。
