近日,隨著中國電建吐魯番市托克遜縣烏斯通光熱+光伏一體化項目100MW光熱發電項目(簡稱:托克遜光熱項目)最后一次設計技術交底暨施工圖紙會審會議的圓滿召開,托克遜光熱項目迎來重大建設里程碑。此次由總承包項目部牽頭,業主單位、施工單位、監理單位共同參與的技術閉環工作,標志著項目設計階段圓滿收官,設計施工全面貫通,正式進入全速施工安裝期。
技術筑基 貫通全鏈
面(mian)對(dui)本項目“風壓大、氣溫高(gao)(gao)”的(de)極端氣象條件,項目設(she)計團隊攻(gong)克了聚光(guang)集熱(re)系統抗風沙(sha)優(you)化(hua)、高(gao)(gao)風壓吸熱(re)塔(ta)數值模擬(ni)分析(xi)和(he)風洞試驗、空(kong)冷抗高(gao)(gao)溫風沙(sha)選型(xing)設(she)計優(you)化(hua)、光(guang)伏光(guang)熱(re)一體化(hua)集中監控等多項技術難點。
通過重點針對吸熱塔、儲換熱系統、主廠(chang)房等核心單元開(kai)展三維模型(xing)(xing)推演,依托數(shu)字化協同平臺,實現(xian)設(she)計數(shu)據(ju)與施(shi)(shi)工BIM模型(xing)(xing)的(de)實時(shi)交互,確(que)保施(shi)(shi)工精度控(kong)制,為工程實體質量筑(zhu)牢技(ji)術基礎。
統籌攻堅 搶抓工期
自4月起,隨著設(she)計(ji)施工全(quan)面貫通,設(she)備安裝掀(xian)起熱(re)潮,項目建(jian)設(she)駛(shi)入“快車(che)道”:
?資源保障方(fang)面:建立“網格化(hua)”物(wu)資追蹤(zong)體系,對重(zhong)點設備及材料實施(shi)“駐廠監(jian)造(zao)+物(wu)流追蹤(zong)”雙保險機制,預計4月底前(qian)主要設備材料到(dao)貨(huo)率將(jiang)達90%以(yi)上(shang)(shang),保證物(wu)資安(an)全及時(shi)供應,為現(xian)場(chang)大干快上(shang)(shang)創造(zao)條件;
?施工組織(zhi)方面:主動與各(ge)家施工單(dan)位對接,督促(cu)加大人力(li)和機具投入,積極(ji)推行(xing)創新工法,提升(sheng)安裝(zhuang)效率;
?技(ji)術(shu)保(bao)障(zhang)方面:組建“設計代表+施工(gong)專家”聯合技(ji)術(shu)保(bao)障(zhang)團隊,實行(xing)24小時(shi)現場技(ji)術(shu)值班制度(du),確保(bao)施工(gong)問(wen)題(ti)即時(shi)響應,為施工(gong)順利推(tui)進(jin)提供全方位的(de)保(bao)駕護(hu)航,多措(cuo)施并舉加快工(gong)程進(jin)度(du)。
智慧賦能 質效雙升
面(mian)對復雜的光熱發電(dian)系統(tong)集成挑(tiao)戰,項目團隊(dui)創(chuang)新(xin)應用多項智慧建造技術(shu):
?運用無人機傾(qing)斜攝影技術建立(li)施工進(jin)度數(shu)字(zi)沙盤,實(shi)現工程形象進(jin)度日更新(xin);
?運用人工智能算法,對項(xiang)目主廠房、SGS、吸熱塔區域實施(shi)全過程(cheng)智能管控;
?引入AI視(shi)頻監控平臺,對多個重大危(wei)險(xian)源實施智能預警,累計消除安全(quan)隱患87項;
?在關(guan)鍵焊接部(bu)位部(bu)署智能溫控系統,確保2萬道高溫管道焊口100%達標。
下階段,項(xiang)目(mu)部將繼續(xu)從安(an)全、質(zhi)量(liang)、進(jin)(jin)度出(chu)發,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)抓落實、保節點,全員(yuan)攻堅,不斷掀起大干快上的新局面,推進(jin)(jin)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設“加速度”。

新疆(jiang)吐(tu)魯番市(shi)托(tuo)克(ke)遜縣(xian)烏(wu)斯(si)通(tong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱+光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏一體化項(xiang)目(mu)場址位于新疆(jiang)吐(tu)魯番市(shi)托(tuo)克(ke)遜縣(xian)(烏(wu)斯(si)通(tong)溝(gou)(gou))省道S301以南6公里,烏(wu)斯(si)通(tong)溝(gou)(gou)水庫以北。本項(xiang)目(mu)工程內容(rong)包括(kuo)100MW塔式熔鹽儲(chu)能光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱電站,900MW光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏電站,規(gui)劃總裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量1GW。
