據中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)建電(dian)(dian)力(li)運(yun)(yun)維管理(li)有限公司(si)消息,12月20日8:30分(fen),電(dian)(dian)力(li)運(yun)(yun)維公司(si)青(qing)海共和光(guang)熱項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)運(yun)(yun)維團隊與中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)建新能源青(qing)海分(fen)公司(si)及原運(yun)(yun)維單位(wei)順利完成青(qing)海共和50MW光(guang)熱項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)運(yun)(yun)維交接(jie),正(zheng)式承擔起電(dian)(dian)站運(yun)(yun)維工作(zuo)(zuo)。雙方多位(wei)負責人與項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管理(li)人員出席活動,確(que)認電(dian)(dian)力(li)運(yun)(yun)維公司(si)正(zheng)式承接(jie)電(dian)(dian)站的生產(chan)運(yun)(yun)維工作(zuo)(zuo)并(bing)提出具(ju)體要求。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)運維(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)于(yu)2024年10月(yue)成功中(zhong)標(biao)中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建新(xin)能源(yuan)集團公(gong)(gong)司(si)青海分公(gong)(gong)司(si)共和50MW光熱發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)。為(wei)保證順(shun)利接手(shou)(shou)項(xiang)目(mu)運維(wei)(wei),并(bing)為(wei)后(hou)續機組安(an)全(quan)穩定(ding)運行打牢基礎,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)運維(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)組建了(le)項(xiang)目(mu)籌備組,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)投(tou)(tou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)統籌協調下,從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)投(tou)(tou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)本部、崇信發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、華亭(ting)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)抽調專業(ye)骨干提前于(yu)11月(yue)1日(ri)陸續進入現場(chang),為(wei)接手(shou)(shou)運維(wei)(wei)做好了(le)全(quan)面(mian)準備。12月(yue)13日(ri)零時,項(xiang)目(mu)檢(jian)修按計劃順(shun)利完(wan)成交(jiao)接。12月(yue)20日(ri),項(xiang)目(mu)運維(wei)(wei)團隊(dui)順(shun)利完(wan)成交(jiao)接后(hou)機組第一次安(an)全(quan)啟(qi)停操作。
中(zhong)電建(jian)青海共和50MW熔鹽塔式光(guang)熱(re)示范(fan)項(xiang)目為(wei)(wei)國(guo)家首批20個光(guang)熱(re)示范(fan)項(xiang)目之一,電站設計年均發電量為(wei)(wei)15692.4萬千瓦時,年利(li)用小時數3138小時。每年可節省燃煤(mei)消耗約(yue)(yue)5.12萬噸(dun),減(jian)排(pai)二氧化碳(tan)約(yue)(yue)15.4萬噸(dun),環(huan)(huan)保效益顯著,對優化當地電力結(jie)構(gou)、保護生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)、解決地方電網調峰問題具有積極意義。
