在光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)領域,重點圍繞光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)池片生(sheng)(sheng)產技(ji)(ji)術改(gai)良(liang)、晶硅組(zu)件(jian)轉換(huan)效率(lv)提升(sheng)、工藝技(ji)(ji)術路線優(you)化(hua)(hua)等組(zu)織(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)項目(mu)和技(ji)(ji)術研發攻關,“十四五”以來,實(shi)施(shi)了硅微粉活化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產關鍵技(ji)(ji)術、光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)站智能(neng)監測(ce)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術等省級(ji)重點研發計劃、中小(xiao)企業創新基金項目(mu)2個(ge)(ge),獲得扶持資(zi)金35萬元。遴選組(zu)織(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)兆瓦級(ji)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)站智能(neng)監測(ce)、分布式光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)應用技(ji)(ji)術、高效晶硅組(zu)件(jian)等市級(ji)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)支撐項目(mu)4個(ge)(ge),落實(shi)引(yin)導資(zi)金40萬元。通過項目(mu)實(shi)施(shi),推進了光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)站熱(re)成(cheng)像、無(wu)人機巡檢、數(shu)智化(hua)(hua)車間(jian)生(sheng)(sheng)產等先(xian)進技(ji)(ji)術的(de)推廣運(yun)用,提高了電(dian)站的(de)數(shu)智化(hua)(hua)運(yun)維和高功率(lv)組(zu)件(jian)生(sheng)(sheng)產線自動化(hua)(hua)水平(ping),突破了電(dian)池組(zu)件(jian)工藝技(ji)(ji)術路線的(de)轉換(huan),實(shi)現了光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)更優(you)的(de)系(xi)統價值(zhi)、更低的(de)度電(dian)成(cheng)本、更高的(de)發電(dian)收益(yi)。
在光(guang)(guang)熱(re)領域,重點圍繞熔鹽聚光(guang)(guang)發(fa)電、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站性能(neng)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)組(zu)織(zhi)實施科(ke)技項(xiang)目和技術研(yan)發(fa)攻關(guan),“十四五(wu)”以來,實施了高溫(wen)(wen)熔鹽聚光(guang)(guang)發(fa)電和儲熱(re)調峰、太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電用超白浮法玻(bo)璃生產等(deng)省級(ji)科(ke)技重大專項(xiang)、自然(ran)科(ke)學基金項(xiang)目3個,獲(huo)得扶持資(zi)金606萬元。遴(lin)選組(zu)織(zhi)實施線(xian)性菲涅(nie)爾光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站性能(neng)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電高溫(wen)(wen)防(fang)腐(fu)涂層材料等(deng)市級(ji)科(ke)技支撐計劃項(xiang)目3個,落實引導(dao)資(zi)金25萬元。通過項(xiang)目實施,聚光(guang)(guang)偏(pian)差(cha)非線(xian)性補償算法改進、集熱(re)回路(lu)最優溫(wen)(wen)度協同控制、超白浮法玻(bo)璃產品品質提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)技術取得明顯突(tu)破,發(fa)電效率(lv)進一步提(ti)高。
在氫(qing)能(neng)領域,重點圍繞電(dian)解水(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)、天然(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)道(dao)摻氫(qing)等組(zu)織實(shi)施(shi)科技(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)和(he)技(ji)術研(yan)發攻關,2022年,玉(yu)(yu)門油田“氫(qing)氣(qi)摻入(ru)天然(ran)氣(qi)輸入(ru)和(he)應用的研(yan)究(jiu)”市級(ji)科技(ji)“揭榜(bang)掛帥”項(xiang)目(mu),由中石油工程材(cai)料研(yan)究(jiu)院成功揭榜(bang),落實(shi)市級(ji)科技(ji)研(yan)發資金100萬元(yuan)。今年以來(lai),依托玉(yu)(yu)門油田氫(qing)能(neng)產業鏈主,組(zu)織申報甘(gan)肅省氫(qing)能(neng)產業創新(xin)聯合體(ti)、光能(neng)耦合非連續(xu)性電(dian)解水(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)、低成本PEM電(dian)解水(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)氫(qing)等省級(ji)重大(da)項(xiang)目(mu)3個。
在(zai)智(zhi)慧電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)領域,重點圍繞(rao)智(zhi)慧電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站等組(zu)織實(shi)施科技(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)和(he)技(ji)術研發(fa)攻關,“十四(si)五”以來,實(shi)施了電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量并聯(lian)型(xing)UPQC一體(ti)裝置項(xiang)目(mu)1個(ge),獲得扶持(chi)資金10萬元。遴(lin)選組(zu)織基于(yu)離網(wang)(wang)運行模式(shi)的(de)源網(wang)(wang)荷儲一體(ti)化高效電(dian)(dian)(dian)力消納、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)可(ke)靠性與能(neng)(neng)效評(ping)估(gu)及(ji)技(ji)術改進、基于(yu)標識解(jie)析在(zai)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源裝備(bei)(bei)制(zhi)造行業(ye)的(de)應(ying)用與推廣(guang)等市級(ji)科技(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)3個(ge),落(luo)實(shi)引導資金45萬元。通過項(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)施,實(shi)現了新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源大數據中心的(de)標識解(jie)析技(ji)術在(zai)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源裝備(bei)(bei)制(zhi)造行業(ye)產(chan)品設計、零部(bu)件制(zhi)造、整機裝配、風場(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)管理及(ji)后服務(wu)市場(chang)等全產(chan)業(ye)鏈中的(de)應(ying)用研究(jiu)及(ji)推廣(guang),打破(po)了新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源裝備(bei)(bei)制(zhi)造業(ye)上下游產(chan)業(ye)鏈信息(xi)孤島,提(ti)升(sheng)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化水平。
