近年來,酒泉市搶抓“雙碳”機遇,緊緊圍繞新能源大基地建設,開啟新一輪新能源大規模開發,新能源裝機累計達到2102萬千瓦,占總電力裝機的84.2%,新能源高占比電源系統特征明顯。
一是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)裝(zhuang)機(ji)規(gui)模較大(da)。持續加(jia)強調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)靈活性改(gai)造,完成(cheng)了華(hua)能酒泉(quan)(quan)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)1、2號機(ji)組30%超(chao)低負荷安全(quan)運行(xing)靈活性深(shen)度(du)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)改(gai)造,機(ji)組啟停(ting)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)期(qi)間,河(he)西地區新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)納(na)能力(li)可(ke)增加(jia)19.8萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)時,增發(fa)(fa)新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量435.6萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)時;建(jian)成(cheng)祁紹直(zhi)流(liu)配(pei)套常(chang)樂電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)一期(qi)2×100萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)配(pei)套調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu),今年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)底(di)前常(chang)樂電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)二期(qi)2×100萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)建(jian)成(cheng)投(tou)運后,祁紹直(zhi)流(liu)外送(song)(song)(song)能力(li)將提(ti)升(sheng)至800萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)。常(chang)樂電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)三期(qi)2×100萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)省(sheng)內(nei)消(xiao)納(na)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)開工建(jian)設,預(yu)計(ji)2025年(nian)(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)投(tou)運。常(chang)樂電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)一、二、三期(qi)全(quan)部(bu)投(tou)運后,可(ke)支(zhi)撐河(he)西地區新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)基(ji)地年(nian)(nian)均發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)600億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,外送(song)(song)(song)400億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,為(wei)(wei)酒泉(quan)(quan)乃至全(quan)省(sheng)構建(jian)以新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)體(ti)的新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong),實現火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)大(da)范(fan)圍優化配(pei)置和(he)打捆送(song)(song)(song)出創(chuang)造了有利(li)條(tiao)件(jian)。積(ji)極配(pei)建(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)側新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲(chu)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),目(mu)前全(quan)市新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)配(pei)建(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)側新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)儲(chu)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),力(li)爭年(nian)(nian)內(nei)規(gui)模達到80萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)。建(jian)成(cheng)光熱裝(zhuang)機(ji)21萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),在建(jian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)51萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),力(li)爭年(nian)(nian)內(nei)全(quan)市光熱裝(zhuang)機(ji)達到72萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),為(wei)(wei)加(jia)速構建(jian)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)提(ti)供強力(li)支(zhi)撐。
二(er)是(shi)電(dian)網(wang)外送(song)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)較強。建(jian)成(cheng)祁韶直流±800千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)特高(gao)壓直流通(tong)(tong)道(dao)1條,750千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)4座(zuo),公(gong)網(wang)330千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)12座(zuo),對外通(tong)(tong)過9條750千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路與(yu)周邊電(dian)網(wang)連接,形成(cheng)了以(yi)750千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)酒(jiu)泉變(bian)(bian)(bian)、莫(mo)高(gao)變(bian)(bian)(bian)、敦煌變(bian)(bian)(bian)、沙洲變(bian)(bian)(bian)為中(zhong)心的(de)堅(jian)強主網(wang)結(jie)構(gou)。玉門、金(jin)塔2個750千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)(fu)輸(shu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)工程已完成(cheng)核(he)準(zhun),建(jian)成(cheng)后玉門、金(jin)塔片區(qu)可新(xin)(xin)(xin)增新(xin)(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)接入(ru)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)680萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),酒(jiu)泉新(xin)(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)基(ji)地電(dian)力(li)輸(shu)送(song)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)將進一步提升,網(wang)架結(jie)構(gou)進一步優化。全市建(jian)成(cheng)電(dian)網(wang)側儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)6萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),年內計劃電(dian)網(wang)側獨立儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)裝機規模達到26萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)以(yi)上。
三(san)是負荷(he)(he)(he)示范(fan)(fan)作用突出。加(jia)快推(tui)進寶(bao)豐多晶硅上下游協同(tong)(tong)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),按照“虛擬電(dian)廠”電(dian)價模式結算電(dian)量電(dian)費,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)計劃年(nian)內建(jian)(jian)(jian)成投(tou)運;加(jia)大(da)“源(yuan)網(wang)荷(he)(he)(he)儲(chu)(chu)”一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)示范(fan)(fan)應用,全市列入全省(sheng)“十(shi)四五”首批“源(yuan)網(wang)荷(he)(he)(he)儲(chu)(chu)”一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)示范(fan)(fan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)裝機規模70萬(wan)千瓦。按照源(yuan)、網(wang)、儲(chu)(chu)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)與負荷(he)(he)(he)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)規劃、同(tong)(tong)步(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)、同(tong)(tong)步(bu)投(tou)產的(de)原則(ze),積極穩妥推(tui)動(dong)“源(yuan)網(wang)荷(he)(he)(he)儲(chu)(chu)”一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),盡快形成可(ke)(ke)復(fu)制(zhi)、可(ke)(ke)應用、可(ke)(ke)推(tui)廣(guang)的(de)新型負荷(he)(he)(he)側電(dian)力系統建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)經驗,逐步(bu)擴(kuo)大(da)“源(yuan)網(wang)荷(he)(he)(he)儲(chu)(chu)”一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)規模。
