生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)作為重要的可再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan),同樣是國(guo)際(ji)公認的零碳(tan)可再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan),具有(you)綠色、低碳(tan)、清(qing)潔(jie)等(deng)特(te)點(dian)。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)資源(yuan)(yuan)來源(yuan)(yuan)廣泛,包括農(nong)業廢(fei)棄物(wu)(wu)、木(mu)材和森林廢(fei)棄物(wu)(wu)、城市有(you)機垃圾、藻類生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)以及能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)作物(wu)(wu)等(deng)。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)通過發電、供(gong)(gong)熱、供(gong)(gong)氣(qi)等(deng)方式(shi),廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于工業、農(nong)業、交(jiao)通、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活等(deng)多(duo)個領(ling)(ling)域,是其他可再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)無法替代的。若結合BECCS(生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)與碳(tan)捕獲和儲(chu)存)技(ji)術(shu),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)將創造負碳(tan)排放。在(zai)未來,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)將在(zai)各個領(ling)(ling)域為我國(guo)2030年(nian)碳(tan)達(da)峰(feng)、2060年(nian)發布版碳(tan)中和做出巨大減(jian)排貢(gong)獻。

目前國(guo)家對生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)直(zhi)燃發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)行(xing)業在上網電(dian)(dian)價(jia)和(he)(he)上網電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)等多(duo)方面(mian)都(dou)給予(yu)了較大的(de)支持和(he)(he)鼓勵力度(du)。雖然近年(nian)來我(wo)國(guo)新能(neng)源(yuan)的(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展很(hen)(hen)快,但(dan)與傳統能(neng)源(yuan)相比(bi)(bi),總體規模還是很(hen)(hen)小(xiao),在我(wo)國(guo)能(neng)源(yuan)結構中所占比(bi)(bi)例還很(hen)(hen)低。截(jie)至2020底,我(wo)國(guo)已投產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)并網裝機容量(liang)(liang)(liang)2952萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),年(nian)提供(gong)的(de)清潔(jie)電(dian)(dian)力超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)1100億千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi)。根據現有溫(wen)室氣體減(jian)排(pai)(pai)方法學進行(xing)測算,已有項目自(zi)愿減(jian)排(pai)(pai)量(liang)(liang)(liang)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)8600萬(wan)(wan)噸。盡管生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)成本遠高于風電(dian)(dian)、光伏(fu)等其他可再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)成本,但(dan)是生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)輸(shu)出穩(wen)定(ding),能(neng)夠參(can)(can)與電(dian)(dian)力調(diao)(diao)峰,如果與儲(chu)熱(re)結合(he),更(geng)能(neng)參(can)(can)與電(dian)(dian)力市場(chang)的(de)深度(du)調(diao)(diao)峰,未來在電(dian)(dian)力交易市場(chang)獲取輔助服務、備用(yong)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)、電(dian)(dian)力現貨(huo)交易等受益的(de)同時(shi)(shi),能(neng)夠靈(ling)活參(can)(can)與熱(re)力市場(chang),提供(gong)清潔(jie)熱(re)力。預測到2030年(nian)我(wo)國(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)總裝機容量(liang)(liang)(liang)達(da)到5200萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),提供(gong)的(de)清潔(jie)電(dian)(dian)力超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)3300億千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi),碳減(jian)排(pai)(pai)量(liang)(liang)(liang)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)2.3億噸。到2060年(nian),我(wo)國(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)總裝機容量(liang)(liang)(liang)達(da)到10000萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),提供(gong)的(de)清潔(jie)電(dian)(dian)力超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)6600億千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi),碳減(jian)排(pai)(pai)量(liang)(liang)(liang)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)4.6億噸。
生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)清(qing)潔供熱(re)(re)主要(yao)用于工業園區、工業企業、商業設(she)施(shi)、公共服務設(she)施(shi)、農村居(ju)民(min)采暖(nuan)等供熱(re)(re)領域,主要(yao)供熱(re)(re)方式有生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)熱(re)(re)電聯產、生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐集(ji)中供熱(re)(re)、戶用鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐爐具(ju)等。根據統(tong)計,目前我國生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)清(qing)潔供暖(nuan)面積超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)3億(yi)㎡。從生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)成型燃料統(tong)計口徑看,其每年產量(liang)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)1100萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。從現有以燃用各(ge)類生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐,額定蒸發量(liang)小于65t/h口徑統(tong)計,鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐數量(liang)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)1.6萬(wan)(wan)臺,總(zong)額定蒸發量(liang)達到8.3萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。

綜合(he)各類(lei)數(shu)(shu)據(ju),預(yu)計(ji)目前(qian)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質供(gong)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)超過3億GJ,自(zi)愿減排量(liang)(liang)超過3000萬噸(dun)。根據(ju)目前(qian)清(qing)潔供(gong)暖工作的(de)持續推(tui)進,預(yu)計(ji)未來生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質清(qing)潔取暖面積(ji)將超過10億㎡。在(zai)工業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產領域,根據(ju)對(dui)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)燃煤鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)的(de)統計(ji),目前(qian)額定蒸發(fa)(fa)量(liang)(liang)≤130t/h的(de)燃煤鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)數(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)超過1.7萬臺,總額定蒸發(fa)(fa)量(liang)(liang)達到52萬t/h,假(jia)設到2030年生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質清(qing)潔供(gong)熱(re)(re)能(neng)夠替代燃煤鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)的(de)50%,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)總蒸發(fa)(fa)量(liang)(liang)將超過34萬噸(dun)。綜合(he)各類(lei)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)進行推(tui)算(suan),預(yu)計(ji)2030年生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)質年供(gong)熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)將超過24億吉焦,碳減排量(liang)(liang)超過2.4億噸(dun)。
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)暫時把多余熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)通(tong)(tong)過某(mou)種方(fang)法儲(chu)存起來,待(dai)需(xu)要熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)時提取(qu)使用(yong)(yong)的一種供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)可(ke)以分為顯熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、潛熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、化(hua)學(xue)反應熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)三類。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)作為顯熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的一種,以熔(rong)(rong)(rong)融態液(ye)體無機(ji)鹽(yan)作為儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質進行儲(chu)放熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),其(qi)具有導電性(xing)能(neng)(neng)高(gao)(導電率較電解質溶液(ye)高(gao)1個數量(liang)級)、使用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)度(du)范(fan)圍廣(通(tong)(tong)常的熔(rong)(rong)(rong)融鹽(yan)使用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)度(du)在300-600℃之間,新研發的低熔(rong)(rong)(rong)點混合(he)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)融鹽(yan)使用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)度(du)可(ke)擴大至60-1000℃)、飽(bao)和蒸氣壓低(保證了高(gao)溫(wen)下(xia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)融鹽(yan)設備的安全性(xing))、熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)容量(liang)大、低粘度(du)、化(hua)學(xue)穩定性(xing)好(hao)及原料價(jia)格低廉(lian)等(deng)優勢。
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲能供熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要由(you)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)材料、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲罐(guan)、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵、電加熱(re)(re)器(qi)、換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、除氧(yang)器(qi)、控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、水泵以及管道閥門等(deng)組成。如圖3所示,熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲能系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用冷熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)雙罐(guan)設計,根據不同的(de)(de)運行模式,通過(guo)改變熔(rong)(rong)融(rong)鹽(yan)流向來調整系(xi)(xi)統(tong)儲放熱(re)(re),是(shi)目前比(bi)較成熟的(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲能供熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)之一。
