3月25日,金(jin)塔(ta)中光太(tai)陽能“10萬千瓦(wa)光熱(re)+60萬千瓦(wa)光伏”項目場平工程正式(shi)啟動,標(biao)志著該(gai)項目正式(shi)進(jin)入(ru)全面建(jian)設(she)階段。

該項目前期(qi)開(kai)發及(ji)建設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)展順利,已取(qu)得(de)光(guang)(guang)熱、光(guang)(guang)伏整體(ti)備(bei)案文件及(ji)絕大(da)部分前期(qi)支持(chi)性文件,可研報告也已評審收口(kou)并(bing)取(qu)得(de)批(pi)復(fu)文件;同(tong)時,已陸續(xu)簽(qian)訂光(guang)(guang)熱鏡(jing)場租賃用(yong)地(di)合(he)同(tong)、永久性用(yong)地(di)使用(yong)權出讓(rang)合(he)同(tong)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設(she)(she)計方面,已完成初(chu)步設(she)(she)計與地(di)質詳勘,并(bing)已開(kai)展施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)圖(tu)設(she)(she)計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),現場已完成進(jin)場道路(lu)、打(da)井、臨電、以(yi)及(ji)部分臨建施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并(bing)開(kai)展了定日鏡(jing)試(shi)樁(zhuang)、吸熱塔基礎開(kai)挖、清(qing)洗(xi)車調(diao)試(shi)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);招標采(cai)購(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)也正在按計劃進(jin)行(xing),已完成汽輪發電機(ji)組、聚光(guang)(guang)集熱系統等光(guang)(guang)熱主設(she)(she)備(bei)的招標采(cai)購(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),基本完成熔鹽儲(chu)罐、換熱器及(ji)項目主體(ti)建筑工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的招標采(cai)購(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),其他設(she)(she)備(bei)正在陸續(xu)招標過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)。


目前,項(xiang)目建設(she)工(gong)作正(zheng)在(zai)緊張有序地推進,后(hou)續將按計(ji)劃(hua)開展項(xiang)目臨(lin)建施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、吸熱(re)塔、主廠(chang)房(fang)等主體建筑基礎(chu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、儲換熱(re)系統(tong)基礎(chu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、定日鏡立柱施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、定日鏡組(zu)裝車間建設(she)等工(gong)程。可勝技術(shu)將利用(yong)自身在(zai)塔式光熱(re)發(fa)電項(xiang)目上積累的豐富建設(she)經驗(yan),為本(ben)工(gong)程建設(she)保駕護航,確保項(xiang)目于2023年12月底(di)前全容量并網發(fa)電。

該項目由金塔中(zhong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)太陽能發(fa)電有限(xian)公(gong)司開發(fa)建設(she),總裝機規(gui)模70萬(wan)(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),采用“光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)+”的配置模式,包括光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)10萬(wan)(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏60萬(wan)(wan)千瓦(wa)(wa),設(she)計年發(fa)電量(liang)13.7億kWh,其中(zhong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)部(bu)分采用浙江可勝技(ji)術股份有限(xian)公(gong)司自(zi)主研發(fa)的塔式熔(rong)鹽光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電技(ji)術,配置9小(xiao)時熔(rong)鹽儲能系統(tong)。
