近日,中國電建西北院《塔式太陽能熱發電站熱力系統參數優化設計技術及應用》《塔式光熱電站性能模型與數字孿生應用》《塔式光熱電站系統集成關鍵技術》三項成果通過中國水力發電學會科技成果鑒定。鑒定認為研究成果取得了顯著的社會、經濟和生態環境效益,具有廣闊的應用價值和前景,三項成果均達到國際領先水平。
《塔式(shi)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)發(fa)電站(zhan)(zhan)熱(re)(re)力(li)系(xi)統參數(shu)優化設(she)計(ji)(ji)技(ji)術(shu)及應用》面向國家(jia)首批光熱(re)(re)示(shi)范電站(zhan)(zhan)設(she)計(ji)(ji)運行中的關鍵技(ji)術(shu)問(wen)題和新(xin)一(yi)代太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)發(fa)電技(ji)術(shu)開發(fa)中的前沿(yan)科(ke)學問(wen)題,采用能(neng)量(liang)分析(xi)(xi)、火用分析(xi)(xi)和光熱(re)(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)熱(re)(re)力(li)系(xi)統仿真機分析(xi)(xi)相結合的方(fang)法(fa),揭(jie)示(shi)了塔式(shi)光熱(re)(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)主蒸汽溫度、壓力(li)等(deng)關鍵參數(shu)對(dui)系(xi)統熱(re)(re)力(li)性能(neng)和經(jing)濟性的影響規(gui)律。研究成果申請各類知(zhi)識(shi)產權7件,其中國家(jia)發(fa)明(ming)專利授權5件,實審發(fa)明(ming)專利2件;發(fa)表(biao)或(huo)交流論(lun)文(wen)31篇,其中SCI檢索(suo)(suo)論(lun)文(wen)16篇,EI檢索(suo)(suo)論(lun)文(wen)9篇;主編(bian)和參編(bian)7項技(ji)術(shu)標準。

《塔式(shi)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站性(xing)能(neng)(neng)模型與數(shu)字(zi)(zi)孿生(sheng)應用(yong)》針對中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)(jian)青海共(gong)和50MW光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)設(she)計(ji)、施工、運(yun)行過程(cheng)中(zhong)遇到的(de)多(duo)專業(ye)協(xie)同、多(duo)系(xi)統(tong)優化(hua)、智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)升級等(deng)需(xu)求(qiu),首次在光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站中(zhong)以BIM技術(shu)為基(ji)礎,提(ti)出了(le)多(duo)專業(ye)、多(duo)軟件、多(duo)數(shu)據的(de)耦合方法,實(shi)現項(xiang)目(mu)設(she)計(ji)、建(jian)(jian)設(she)、運(yun)行全生(sheng)命周期的(de)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)應用(yong)。基(ji)于聚光(guang)(guang)集熱(re)、儲換(huan)熱(re)、汽輪(lun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)機(ji)理建(jian)(jian)模,完成(cheng)了(le)電(dian)(dian)站系(xi)統(tong)部(bu)件十分(fen)鐘級精細化(hua)動態仿真,實(shi)現了(le)熔鹽(yan)塔式(shi)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站整體性(xing)能(neng)(neng)模型的(de)自(zi)主(zhu)化(hua)。首次在光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)領(ling)域構建(jian)(jian)了(le)“數(shu)字(zi)(zi)孿生(sheng)”系(xi)統(tong),為光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站復雜系(xi)統(tong)在不確(que)定條件下的(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)提(ti)升提(ti)供(gong)指(zhi)引,為多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互(hu)補系(xi)統(tong)精細化(hua)分(fen)析提(ti)供(gong)支撐。研究成(cheng)果申請(qing)各類(lei)知識產(chan)權16件,其(qi)中(zhong)國家(jia)發(fa)(fa)明專利授(shou)權9件,實(shi)審發(fa)(fa)明專利6件,發(fa)(fa)表或交流論(lun)文16篇(pian),其(qi)中(zhong)SCI/EI檢索論(lun)文10篇(pian),主(zhu)編和參編7項(xiang)技術(shu)標準。
《塔(ta)式(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站系統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng)(cheng)關鍵技術(shu)》依托中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)建青海共(gong)和(he)(he)(he)50MW塔(ta)式(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu),根據(ju)太陽輻射變化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)征和(he)(he)(he)系統(tong)(tong)構成(cheng)(cheng),創新性地提(ti)出了(le)(le)基(ji)(ji)于時序(xu)網格多模(mo)型(xing)的子系統(tong)(tong)間協調(diao)和(he)(he)(he)精細化(hua)(hua)(hua)設計(ji)方法,實(shi)現了(le)(le)塔(ta)式(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)的設計(ji)集成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)(he)(he)運行(xing)耦(ou)合(he)優化(hua)(hua)(hua),提(ti)升了(le)(le)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站的系統(tong)(tong)效(xiao)率(lv)、快速(su)啟停能(neng)力和(he)(he)(he)深度(du)調(diao)峰水平。基(ji)(ji)于太陽能(neng)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)特(te)點和(he)(he)(he)運行(xing)需求,建立了(le)(le)變工況和(he)(he)(he)極端(duan)情(qing)況下的光(guang)(guang)(guang)斑瞄準(zhun)和(he)(he)(he)冷熔(rong)鹽泵運行(xing)策略,提(ti)出了(le)(le)儲罐材料選(xuan)型(xing)、儲罐本(ben)體設計(ji)和(he)(he)(he)基(ji)(ji)礎連接新方法,打(da)破(po)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)技術(shu)壟斷,降低儲換熱(re)系統(tong)(tong)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)。研究成(cheng)(cheng)果申請各類知識(shi)產(chan)權9件(jian),其中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)家發(fa)(fa)明專(zhuan)(zhuan)利授權3件(jian),實(shi)審發(fa)(fa)明專(zhuan)(zhuan)利6件(jian),發(fa)(fa)表或交(jiao)流(liu)論(lun)(lun)文13篇,其中(zhong)SCI/EI檢索論(lun)(lun)文7篇,主編(bian)和(he)(he)(he)參編(bian)7項技術(shu)標準(zhun)。
