對于光熱(re)發(fa)電這一新(xin)興行(xing)業(ye),國內外(wai)缺(que)乏(fa)相(xiang)關(guan)設計(ji)標(biao)準規范(fan)行(xing)業(ye)工(gong)程(cheng)設計(ji)及建(jian)設,在之前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一段時期內,部分工(gong)程(cheng)設計(ji)技術只有國際早期參與相(xiang)關(guan)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)掌握,并無公開的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準規范(fan)可依據(ju)。這一系列(lie)標(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)編制與發(fa)布,填補了我國光熱(re)發(fa)電領域(yu)設計(ji)標(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)諸多空(kong)白(bai),將對規范(fan)太陽(yang)能熱(re)發(fa)電行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),促進(jin)太陽(yang)能熱(re)發(fa)電的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)科(ke)學發(fa)展起(qi)到極大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)推動作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。

自2007年(nian)以(yi)來,中電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)西北院(yuan)先后參與設計完成我(wo)國(guo)首個兆瓦(wa)(wa)級太陽能塔(ta)(ta)式熱(re)(re)(re)(re)發電(dian)科研示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu)——中科院(yuan)電(dian)工(gong)所(suo)八達嶺1兆瓦(wa)(wa)塔(ta)(ta)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)項(xiang)目(mu)、我(wo)國(guo)首個投(tou)入(ru)商業運行的光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)——中控德(de)令哈一(yi)期10兆瓦(wa)(wa)塔(ta)(ta)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)項(xiang)目(mu)、我(wo)國(guo)首個槽(cao)式導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)——中廣核(he)德(de)令哈50兆瓦(wa)(wa)槽(cao)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu)、我(wo)國(guo)首個線(xian)性(xing)(xing)菲(fei)涅爾式熔鹽(yan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)——大(da)(da)成敦(dun)煌(huang)50兆瓦(wa)(wa)線(xian)性(xing)(xing)菲(fei)涅爾式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu)、世界單機容量最大(da)(da)的塔(ta)(ta)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)——摩洛哥努奧三期150兆瓦(wa)(wa)塔(ta)(ta)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)項(xiang)目(mu),參股并總(zong)(zong)承包新(xin)疆哈密50兆瓦(wa)(wa)塔(ta)(ta)式光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu),所(suo)參與建(jian)成的光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)項(xiang)目(mu)總(zong)(zong)裝機容量占(zhan)比全國(guo)的70%,不僅(jin)規模和(he)數(shu)量居全國(guo)之(zhi)首,而且技(ji)(ji)術(shu)路線(xian)全面覆蓋塔(ta)(ta)式、槽(cao)式、線(xian)性(xing)(xing)菲(fei)涅耳三種主(zhu)流技(ji)(ji)術(shu)路線(xian),形成了一(yi)批(pi)具有(you)核(he)心競爭(zheng)力的科技(ji)(ji)創新(xin)成果,為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的自主(zhu)設計和(he)產業發展(zhan)做出了積極貢獻,也(ye)將(jiang)持續引領我(wo)國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)發電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)設計技(ji)(ji)術(shu)進(jin)步。
