3月16日(ri),“第六屆中(zhong)國(guo)能(neng)(neng)源發展與(yu)創(chuang)新論(lun)壇(tan)”在京(jing)召開,浙江(jiang)中(zhong)控太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)技術有限公司副總裁章顥繽在主題演講中(zhong)指出(chu),光伏(fu)+光熱可以實現(xian)大(da)規模、低成本儲存、換熱系統(tong)和(he)發電系統(tong)響應電網(wang)的(de)需(xu)(xu)求,能(neng)(neng)夠實現(xian)按需(xu)(xu)發電,太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)的(de)收集與(yu)發電過程已經實現(xian)解偶,不需(xu)(xu)要再看天吃飯。
章顥(hao)繽表(biao)示,中控光(guang)熱發電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術有幾大(da)特(te)點:儲能(neng)、發電(dian)(dian)(dian)一體化,電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)輸出(chu)連(lian)續、穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)、可調(diao)度,可以為電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)提(ti)供(gong)調(diao)峰、調(diao)頻、功率(lv)備用、短(duan)路容量等多種輔(fu)助服務,保障電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)安(an)全穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行。隨著光(guang)伏(fu)和風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)比例快速(su)提(ti)升,發電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)波動(dong)性(xing)和隨機性(xing)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)靈活性(xing)提(ti)出(chu)了更高的(de)要求,通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)子裝置并網也將帶來系統(tong)(tong)(tong)低(di)慣量和安(an)全穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),儲能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池無(wu)法(fa)解(jie)決系統(tong)(tong)(tong)低(di)慣量問(wen)題(ti)(ti),電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)依然(ran)付出(chu)很高的(de)成本,配置大(da)量、可靠(kao)、穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)、可調(diao)度的(de)支(zhi)撐性(xing)能(neng)源。光(guang)熱發電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)一體化的(de)儲能(neng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),具備穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)、可靠(kao)、調(diao)節性(xing)優異(yi)的(de)特(te)點,將是承擔(dan)支(zhi)撐性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)理想選擇,為電(dian)(dian)(dian)網容納(na)更多的(de)風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)伏(fu)提(ti)供(gong)空(kong)間。
章(zhang)顥繽表示,通過(guo)中(zhong)控(kong)太陽(yang)能(neng)研究,光熱發電(dian)在高比例可再生能(neng)源電(dian)力系統中(zhong)的(de)定位,一是(shi)成(cheng)為(wei)穩定、低成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)基礎(chu)負荷,二是(shi)成(cheng)為(wei)靈活快(kuai)速的(de)調峰負荷,成(cheng)為(wei)電(dian)網安全運行的(de)守(shou)護者(zhe)。
3月1日(ri),國家電(dian)(dian)網提出碳中(zhong)和、碳達峰行(xing)動方(fang)案(an),其中(zhong)提到加快(kuai)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)技術推(tui)廣應用(yong)。章顥繽表示,中(zhong)控太陽(yang)能做了(le)大量(liang)技術方(fang)案(an)研究,光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)+光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)多能互補電(dian)(dian)站,可(ke)通過特(te)高壓線路(lu)輸出到外省,考(kao)慮(lv)到高壓線路(lu)的(de)過網費,仍具備外良好(hao)的(de)外送經濟性:光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)負責白(bai)天(tian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),早晚光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)不足時,光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)利(li)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)鹽發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)進行(xing)補充(chong),以滿足白(bai)天(tian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)需求(qiu);光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)白(bai)天(tian)不發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)或低負荷運(yun)行(xing),白(bai)天(tian)利(li)用(yong)集熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)儲熱(re)(re)(re),光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)可(ke)為光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)提供廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian),光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)可(ke)利(li)用(yong)儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)將光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)中(zhong)的(de)棄電(dian)(dian)進行(xing)存(cun)儲。
章顥繽(bin)介紹(shao)說,在極(ji)端天(tian)(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)情況下,光熱還可配置(zhi)天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱爐,加(jia)熱熔鹽,一(yi)旦發生極(ji)端天(tian)(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時,光伏(fu)、風電都無法工作時,天(tian)(tian)(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)可在極(ji)端天(tian)(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)下進(jin)行補燃發揮(hui)重要作用,大大增(zeng)強電網的(de)(de)安全性。中(zhong)控技術研究了光伏(fu)+光熱的(de)(de)多種配比(bi)方(fang)案,從(cong)中(zhong)優選(xuan)適(shi)合的(de)(de)方(fang)案,方(fang)案按(an)照負(fu)荷(he)曲線:上(shang)限按(an)照光伏(fu)+光熱互補系統容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)80%設置(zhi),超(chao)過上(shang)限的(de)(de)電量(liang)(liang)用于熔鹽儲能,結合某地送(song)端季(ji)節(jie)性電量(liang)(liang)差異(yi)及特高壓線路制(zhi)定送(song)電曲線,冬(dong)季(ji)白(bai)天(tian)(tian)(tian)12點(dian)至15點(dian),夏季(ji)白(bai)天(tian)(tian)(tian)10點(dian)至晚(wan)上(shang)17點(dian),考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)滿容(rong)量(liang)(liang)送(song)電,同時考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)2小時的(de)(de)升(sheng)降負(fu)荷(he)時間,晚(wan)上(shang)考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)由光熱滿負(fu)荷(he)提供電能。當尋找到合適(shi)的(de)(de)落地端后,將具備良好的(de)(de)外送(song)經濟(ji)性。
章顥繽還表示,隨著未來進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)成本下降,在(zai)保證系統經濟性的(de)(de)條件下,還可以進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)提高光(guang)熱(re)發電的(de)(de)比(bi)例,使(shi)得多能互(hu)補系統具備更強的(de)(de)調節(jie)能力。中控德令哈5萬kw塔式光(guang)熱(re)發電機組在(zai)沒有(you)使(shi)用(yong)天然(ran)氣或其他補燃(ran)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,連續(xu)24小時(shi)不間斷(duan)運行天數最(zui)長達12天,同時(shi)在(zai)光(guang)伏中午大發時(shi),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了光(guang)熱(re)降負(fu)荷(he)(he)至15%運行,而(er)在(zai)早晚用(yong)電高峰光(guang)伏沒有(you)出(chu)力時(shi),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了滿負(fu)荷(he)(he)發電運行,成功驗證了光(guang)伏+光(guang)熱(re)多能互(hu)補優(you)勢。
據(ju)了解,中控太(tai)陽能成立于(yu)2010年,專(zhuan)業從事太(tai)陽能熱發電(dian)技(ji)術,之前的研發投入(ru)總(zong)共(gong)6.8個(ge)億,現在已(yi)經(jing)有專(zhuan)利230項(xiang),發明專(zhuan)利168項(xiang);中控太(tai)陽能光熱發電(dian)核心技(ji)術獲得(de)(de)德(de)國宇航局等多個(ge)權威檢測機構認證獲得(de)(de)最高級別(bie)評價。
